Motorola Mobility today announced the "budget-friendly" XT531 Android smartphone. The 3.5-inch phone will be available in China, which is a wee bit unfortunate because it's also pretty sexy looking for a mid-level phone.

The XT531 will be available this month in China, and in Hong Kong, Taiwan and select nations in Europe and Latin America this fall.
